Day 0, 7pm - Sep 30 - We ended up with about 3 gallons of peach, apple, blackberry, raspberry, white and red grapes, cranberry and nectarine juice. About 17 lbs of honey brought the OG to 1.12 as we topped off at 6 gallons total.
